Changelog
Product news and feature updates.

When a sync runs into issues, you'll often want to dig into them outside the app: share them with a teammate, drop them in a spreadsheet, or work through them one by one.
Now you can download your sync Issues directly from the Issues view. Export the full list in one click and triage it wherever works best for you.
And if you'd rather have us help, you can now book time with our team straight from the same screen.

A small but mighty improvement for Wix users: the Wix connector now supports rich text in CMS field lists.
That means formatted content (headings, bold, links, and the rest) syncs through to your Wix CMS collections intact, instead of being flattened to plain text. If you're publishing blog posts or content pages to Wix from Airtable, Notion, or Google Sheets, your formatting now comes along for the ride.

Ever wondered exactly what's happening to a specific record in your sync? Now you can find out in seconds.
We've added a new Record Status tab that lets you search for any record and instantly see its live sync state: whether it's synced, pending, or hit a problem. No more guessing why a row hasn't shown up on the other side.
Alongside it, the new Record History view shows the timeline of what's happened to a record over time, so you can trace a change back to the moment it synced. Together they make debugging an individual record dramatically faster.

Notion pages are more than just their properties. The real content lives in the page body. Now you can keep that body in sync, both ways.
Whalesync now supports two-way syncing of Notion page content, not just page properties. Edit the body of a Notion page and the change flows to your connected tools; update it elsewhere and it flows back into Notion.
This is perfect for teams that draft content in Notion and publish it through Airtable, Webflow, or Google Sheets. A few content types still have limits, so we've added in-app guidance and docs to help you map it cleanly.

Automap has been one of our most popular features since we launched it years ago. Previously, automap worked by mapping fields where the names matched exactly. This saved a ton of time when those names matched up, but if they didn't you couldn't use the feature.
Today the automapper got an AI upgrade ✨. Automap now uses AI under the hood to map related fields. For example, "Twitter followers" will get automapped to "twitter_follower_ count".
Hope this saves you some time!
