Whalesync can now automatically create collections in Webflow!

When you're setting up a sync, Whalesync can create a collection with all the fields you need for you - without even having to open up Webflow 🤯.

You can now authorize Supabase in two clicks! No more piecing together connection strings :)

No more needing to add columns by hand :)

To auto-create a table in Google Sheets simply:

1. Select the table in your other app.
2. Select "Create new table" in the Google Sheets dropdown.
3. Choose the fields you want auto-created.

Whalesync can now automatically create tables in Airtable!

E.g. Connect a Webflow Blog Posts collection and create a table in Airtable with all the same fields!

To auto-create a table in Airtable simply:

1. Select the table in your other app.
2. Select "Create new table" in the Airtable dropdown.
3. Choose the fields you want auto-created.

One of our most highly requested features ever is now live - sync filters! You can now set filters that determine whether records will be included in your sync.

For example, here Whalesync will only sync records where the Type is "VIP", Email is "john@whalesync.com", and Job contains "operations".

Note that filters only apply to new updates. Adding a filter will not impact any of your existing data. Instead, it will just determine what records sync or don't sync going forward.

One of our biggest updates yet: Whalesync now supports record matching. You can now merge existing records across platforms as part of your initial sync. For example, if you already have data in HubSpot and Airtable, Whalesync can match up those records, making it easy to integrate without duplicate entries.

You can now view record usage for each individual sync! Rather than seeing only the total records across all syncs, this update allows you to check the number of records used by each specific sync. To access this breakdown, simply head to the settings page of any individual sync.
