Our Shopify connector is officially live! You can now seamlessly manage and bulk edit your Shopify products from an Airtable spreadsheet or transform your Webflow site into a fully functional e-commerce store powered by Shopify. 🤯
Why We Built the Shopify Connector
Earlier this year, we launched our first e-commerce connector with Webflow, and the demand for Shopify quickly followed. With Shopify’s popularity and powerful capabilities, managing large inventories directly in its UI can be time-consuming. Our new Shopify connector unlocks powerful use cases, enabling you to:
• Manage and bulk update your Shopify store from a spreadsheet (Shopify x Airtable)
• Turn your Webflow site into an e-commerce store backed by Shopify (Shopify x Webflow)
• Build internal tools with Shopify data (Shopify x Postgres)
Template Packs
Get started quickly with our Shopify Template Pack, designed to help you set up a sync between Shopify and Airtable in under 5 minutes. Try the template pack here.

Hi there,
📝 TL;DR
We’re excited to share that our Postgres connector is officially live! There are many tools that 1-way pull data out of Postgres or 1-way push data into Postgres.
Whalesync is one of the only tools that 2-way syncs data between Postgres and apps like HubSpot, Airtable, and Shopify.
While this connector is meant to save time for developers, it’s fully configurable with no code. You just need a Postgres connection string and you can instantly start mapping tables.

Why We Built the Postgres Connector
Postgres is core to so many businesses, yet it’s not always easy to get data into and out of it. ETL tools like Fivetran exist to 1-way push data into Postgres and Reverse ETLs like Census help you 1-way pull data out.
Unlike ETLs, Whalesync helps you two-way sync Postgres data so you can do powerful things like:
- Two-way sync Postgres and HubSpot to build internal tools on top of your CRM data
- Two-way sync Postgres and Airtable to give non-technical teammates the ability to view/edit Postgres data

Hi there,
📝 TL;DR
We’re thrilled to share that our HubSpot connector is officially live! You can now two-way sync HubSpot Contacts, Companies, and Deals with Airtable, Postgres, & more!

Why We Built the HubSpot Connector
Customer data is incredibly important, needs to be accessed by many teams, and yet is traditionally stuck in the CRM. It’s no wonder why HubSpot was one of our most requested connectors (alongside Salesforce, Pipedrive, and others we plan to build in the future).
With our HubSpot two-way sync, it’s now wayyy easier to view, edit, and manipulate data in your CRM. For example, you can:
- Sync HubSpot with Airtable and give your sales team a painless way to update the CRM
- Sync HubSpot with Postgres and build internal tools with two-way access to customer data
- Sync HubSpot with Airtable to easily build reports and dashboards

Hi there,
📝 TL;DR
We added support for Airtable OAuth. If you're creating a new base, you can now use Airtable permissions rather than an API key.
If you have an existing Whalesync base using Airtable, please reauthorize it on the edit base page. Thank you!
Airtable OAuth

Airtable enabled OAuth earlier this year for more targeted permissions. We've now switched over to their new authorization system so you don't have to use your Airtable API Key to use Whalesync.
If you have an existing Whalesync base using Airtable, please reauthorize it on the edit base page. Thank you!
Field Mapping Untoggled

Previously, updating field mappings could be unwieldy if you had dozens of tables. Now all tables default to 'toggle closed' so you can quickly update just the fields you want.
Wistia video support for Notion Page Sync

Notion page sync previously supported videos from YouTube and Vimeo. Now it also includes support for Wistia!
Bug Fixes
- Adding an Airtable base sharing link password no longer causes issues

Hi there,
📝 TL;DR
Sync Notion page content to Webflow and other apps!
Write in Notion, see it instantly on your site

You can now sync headings, images, videos, & more from Notion pages out to other apps. Imagine writing an entire blog post entirely in Notion and it instantly appears on your Webflow site. Even crazier, Notion AI will write entire blog posts that sync instantly as well 🤯.
This is one of the most powerful features we've ever built. We hope you enjoy!
For a list of supported blocks (hint - we support almost all of them) check out our docs.
