Close on every plan. The Close connector joins the CRM lineup on every plan, so you can sync Close leads, contacts, and opportunities with the rest of your stack whatever tier you are on.

• Salesforce sandbox organizations. The connect dialog has a "Use sandbox" checkbox; tick it to sign in at the sandbox host, and the choice sticks with the connection.
• A sync troubleshooting playbook over MCP. An agent connected to the Whalesync MCP server can pull the guide a support engineer works from: recurring gotchas, per-connector failure modes, which remediations are safe, and an escalation template.
• Live Export: run a full sync on demand. "Run now" is a split button with "Run a full sync" in its menu, which covers every record rather than only what changed and brings back a destination record deleted or archived outside Whalesync. A publish that fails because the destination record is gone now says so plainly and offers the full sync right there.
• See what a publish changed. A finished Live Export publish lists every destination record it touched, marked created, updated, or deleted, and each row expands to a field-by-field before and after.
• Live Export usage on the billing page. Live export records get their own line, counted against your plan's Live Export cap separately from two-way sync records.
• Schedule picker shows what your plan allows. The Live Export cadence picker badges the faster options with the plan that unlocks them. Manual runs are unaffected.
• Clearer Live Export errors. Run now, rename, and schedule changes surface failures as a toast with the server's own reason.
• Table mapping direction, made obvious. A mapping you're about to create draws a dotted line with a note that the direction is picked once it exists; existing mappings keep their arrows.
• Issues and operations have their own URLs. Opened from inside a sync, they sit under that sync, so the back button returns you to the list, and rows are real links that open in a new tab with command-click or middle-click.
• Account deletion confirmation. Requesting deletion sends an email naming the purge date and the deadline to cancel.
• Notion and Airtable rate limits. Two connections pointing at the same workspace now share one request budget instead of running at twice the intended rate and getting throttled.
• MCP OAuth discovery. Clients that build the discovery URL from the resource path no longer get a 404; the issuer document is served at the /mcp discovery path too.
