Double the records on Starter
September 11, 2026

Starter plans get double the records. 2k records for two-way sync and 4k for Live Export.
Also this week
- Whalesync on your phone. The app now works on small screens.
- Webhooks have a home in settings. A new Webhooks tab lists every sync that has one, with endpoint, status, and last delivery, plus every sync that doesn't, with a button to add it. Each row links straight into that sync's webhook settings.
- One-click ChatGPT setup. The Whalesync MCP server is in the ChatGPT app directory, so the MCP settings page has a ChatGPT tile that opens the listing. Manual setup is still there for workspaces that restrict apps.
- Tell us which app you're missing. Both connector pickers, in the sync flow and in Live Export, have a "Don't see your app?" box.
- Paused Supabase projects stay visible. They appear in the base picker with a [Paused] label, and if every project is paused the connection error names them and links to Supabase's docs on restoring one.
- Billing during a trial. A "Free trial" badge replaces the monthly price, and the buttons read "Manage payments" and "Compare plans".
- Plain-text sync errors everywhere. Error messages render as plain text on every screen, while Whalesync's own guidance keeps its formatting, suggested action, and doc links.
- Attio authorization. Connecting Attio works again after a change on their side. If you gave up on it in the last few weeks, try again.
- Webflow incidents are treated as temporary. A bare "Not Acceptable" from Webflow during one of its platform incidents now retries on its own, and the error says so, instead of stranding the change.
- Large webhooks accepted. Webhooks over 100kb are no longer turned away. This mostly affected localized Webflow sites, where one edit arrives as one event per locale and changes waited for the next poll.
- Re-running an initial sync is back to full speed, no matter how large the sync.
- Stuck syncs on team accounts. An account whose login address is a Whalesync team address could hold a sync that should have been turned off.
